My ministry is to inspire women, trapped in eating disorders/disordered eating, & diet culture, so they can live a transformed life free from restricting, comparing, & shame by renewing their minds, restoring their body, & reviving their spirit with biblical principles & intuitive, living principles. This is a space to find hope, healing, and restoration. Together, we will embark on a journey towards embracing true beauty and freedom.
